Wallet sync troubleshooting

Sometimes it is possible that syncing is not working as it should so there are few things that you can do to fix that.


  1. If you are using VPN turn it off and then try with “Full Sync”
  2. Refreshing your page will solve most issues
  3. Log out then log back in
  4. If you were an early user on Netrunner, try clearing your cache.
  5. As a last option, remove the wallet that is not syncing and then add it again. Click on “Full Sync.”
