Wallet sync troubleshooting
Sometimes it is possible that syncing is not working as it should so there are few things that you can do to fix that.
- If you are using VPN turn it off and then try with “Full Sync”
- Refreshing your page will solve most issues
- Log out then log back in
- If you were an early user on Netrunner, try clearing your cache.
- As a last option, remove the wallet that is not syncing and then add it again. Click on “Full Sync.”
